About us
Sparkline & Co is a commercial build partner for PE portfolios. We turn the value creation plan’s commercial targets into weekly action, with a working system each portco owns. We’ve built this before, together, for a PE-backed business.
Co-founder
Guy was CMO at Dojo for twelve years, helping grow it to about £400m of revenue. He has since worked on the commercial side of a PE portfolio company, and advises the board of Twine.
Co-founder
Juned has built data and AI products for businesses for twelve years, after earlier roles at Airbus and Deloitte. He now leads data science at a PE-owned international infrastructure group.
Why the name
A sparkline is a small chart, about the size of a word, that shows which way a number is heading. That’s what an operating partner needs from a sales team: the direction, every week, without a dashboard to dig through.
Spark is the commercial energy. Line is the proof.
